Well done to all Year One we have enjoyed teaching and learning with you this year.

Next Week

On Monday we will be performing at Key Stage One Awards Assembly.

In Music we have been singing and playing using different musical elements.

On Wednesday we will bewatching our Year 6 friends in their Leavers Assembly.

On Wednesday afternoon we hope to have our Sports Day~Let's hope for some sunshine!!!!!!!

On Thursday we will be celebratingour final Mass of a busy and wonderful year.

Please join us at 10 o'clock.

On Friday we will be finishing at 1.30pm.

On Wednesday weather permitting we will have our Key Stage OneSports.

Sports will start at 9am.

After sports we will be going to church to celebrate Mass with Father Dan forthe retirement of Mrs Somers and Barbara our kitchen cook.

Next Week

We will be learning  about the Jewish Festival of Hanukkah.

We will researching this festival and finding out what a menorah is.

Join us at Mass tomorrow to celebrate the Feast of St Peterand St Paul.

During Mass we will focus on being called to spread the Good News to others.

We  will also think about our Olympic Values.

In RE we will be learning about being called to spread the Good News, just like St Peter and St Paul.
On Friday is the Feast Day of St Peter and St Paul and we shall be going to Mass to celebrate this special feast day.

Next Week is Olympic Week at school.

We will be finding out about Tom Daley and what itmeans to have COURAGE.
